From download to working on the full version in a few minutes. You only create an account once you decide on a plan.

  1. Download GeoOffice

    The package contains the program installer and the full manual of all functions.

  2. Work free for 30 days

    The trial starts in the program on your computer. No account and no card needed.

  3. Create an account and choose a plan

    You create the account in the program. You choose the plan and enter invoice details in the customer panel, which GeoOffice opens without logging in again.

  4. The licence switches on by itself

    Once the payment is received, GeoOffice runs in the full version, and your VAT invoice is waiting in the customer panel.

The licence in practice

One workstation at a time

A licence works on one computer at any given moment. Log in on another one and the previous session closes by itself. Nothing to transfer or deactivate.

Licences for a team

Buy several licences on one company account and assign them to your staff in the panel.

Your projects stay

When a subscription expires, the program switches to a limited mode. Your projects do not go anywhere, and after renewal you are back to full work.

Does the trial require a card?
No. 30 days of the full version start in the program on your computer. You do not enter a card or any payment details, and you do not need an account.
What happens after 30 days?
The trial ends. To keep working, you create an account in the program and choose a plan in the customer panel. Once the payment is received, the program runs in the full version.
Can I cancel?
Yes. In the customer panel you cancel the licence with one click. It keeps working until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, for every payment. Invoices are available in the customer panel.
How many computers can I use?
One licence works on one workstation at a time, but you can switch computers: log in on the new one and the session on the previous one closes by itself. For several people working at the same time you need several licences.
Does GeoOffice work offline?
The program checks the licence online. Without a connection it switches to a limited mode, and full work returns once the connection is back.
I have a BP-32 backpack. Do I pay for GeoOffice?
Not for working with backpack data. BP-32 comes with a perpetual GeoOffice LiDAR licence: point clouds and 360° panoramas, with no subscription. You add the full version of the program, with the map, calculations and GML data, on a subscription whenever you need it.
