Dronetic Sp. z o.o., based in Ożarów Mazowiecki at ul. 11 Listopada 12 [the Seller], is the producer and distributor of the GeoOffice software and of solutions related to the BP-32 surveying system. These Terms set out the basic rules for using the Website, buying a subscription licence, using the trial version and contacting the Seller. A GeoOffice licence may be purchased as standalone software or as part of a package with the BP-32 scanning backpack, enabling the creation, handling and processing of point clouds and panoramas collected by the device. Terms – the set of provisions defining the rules for using the Website, selling GeoOffice licences, providing the trial version and handling complaints. Website – the website available at dronetic.pl and the related licence sales site, through which the Customer may download GeoOffice, use the trial version or buy a subscription licence. Customer – a natural person, entrepreneur, legal person or other organisational unit that uses the Website, downloads the trial version or acquires a GeoOffice licence. User – a person using GeoOffice during the trial period or under an active licence assigned to the Customer. GeoOffice – surveying software for working with maps, point clouds, panoramas, cross-sections, reports and survey data. Account – an individual account on the sales Website, where required to purchase, settle or manage a subscription licence. Licence – a paid, time-limited right to use GeoOffice under a subscription model. Trial version – free access to GeoOffice for 30 days from the first launch or activation of the trial, without logging in to the Website. Technical support – assistance provided by the Seller by e-mail or phone with problems related to starting and using the program.
Dronetic Sp. z o.o. is the Controller of Customers’ personal data processed on the Website. Data provided when buying a licence, issuing an invoice or contacting the Seller is processed to serve the Customer, fulfil the order, provide the program, handle payments and provide support. The Customer provides data voluntarily, although it may be necessary to buy a licence or process an order. To limit abuse related to repeated use of the trial version, the Seller may use technical mechanisms identifying subsequent launches of the program, in particular IP address verification or other anti-abuse safeguards. The exact scope of required data may depend on the current configuration of the Website and the licensing mechanism.
The site stores information in your browser that is needed for it to work, such as your cookie choice. With your consent we use the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Limited) to measure the performance of our ads, for example whether an enquiry was sent from the contact form after an ad click. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Without consent the tag runs in a limited mode (Google consent mode): Google does not store advertising cookies and receives only limited technical information about the visit. Data processed by Google may be transferred outside the European Economic Area as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time.
The Website makes it possible to download GeoOffice, use the 30-day trial version and buy a subscription licence. GeoOffice is a desktop application that can be run during the trial period without logging in to the Website. A licence may cover GeoOffice alone or be offered together with the BP-32 package, if the Customer buys the scanning backpack together with the software needed to handle point clouds and panoramas. With an active licence the Customer may use program updates and technical support provided by e-mail or phone. Support covers basic information on how the program works, licence activation and solving technical problems related to using GeoOffice. Onboarding training may be offered as a separate service or as part of individual arrangements with the Customer.
The Customer may use a free trial version of GeoOffice for 30 days. To do so, the Customer downloads and launches the application, without logging in to the Website. Trial access is intended to evaluate the program before buying a commercial licence. The Seller may use technical mechanisms to limit abuse, in particular blocking repeated use of the trial version by IP address or other technical parameters. After the trial period, further use of the program requires a subscription licence.
GeoOffice licences are purchased through a separate sales site linked to the Website. The Customer selects the licence option, provides the data required to fulfil the order and pays according to the information presented on the Website. After a successful purchase, the licence is assigned to the Customer or made available according to the current program activation mechanism. The User uses the program on the terms resulting from the purchased licence and the current activation mechanism. All prices, subscription options, billing periods and detailed terms of purchase are presented on the sales site or in an individual offer. Where the licence is part of the BP-32 package, the scope of access to the program may follow from the terms of the package offer.
GeoOffice is not sold outright but made available to the Customer as a time-limited subscription licence. The exception is the GeoOffice LiDAR licence supplied with the BP-32 scanning backpack: it is granted for an unlimited period and without subscription fees, with a limited scope of functions intended for working with backpack data, in particular point clouds and 360° panoramas. The Customer receives the right to use the program within the scope of the selected licence option for the period of its validity. The licence is assigned to the Customer or the designated activation mechanism and may not be resold, rented, transferred or made available to third parties without the Seller’s consent. The Customer must use the program in accordance with its purpose, applicable law and the terms of the offer and these Terms.
Complaints about the Website, access to the licence or the operation of GeoOffice should be sent to contact@dronetic.pl, with data identifying the Customer, a description of the problem and information needed to verify it. The Seller will confirm receipt of the complaint and take action to diagnose the problem. Complaints are considered individually within 7 days of receipt, unless the nature of the report requires longer technical analysis. Before buying a licence, the Customer can use the 30-day trial version to check whether the program meets their needs. Rules for any returns or cancellation of a subscription may depend on the selected licence option, the method of purchase and applicable law.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and other relevant provisions of Polish law. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms, the price list, licence options, the rules of operation of the Website and the way the program is made available; amendments will not affect rights acquired by Customers before they are introduced. None of the provisions of these Terms is intended to infringe the Customer’s rights and may not be interpreted in that way. If any part of the Terms is inconsistent with applicable law, the Seller undertakes to comply with the law.
